A LEADING global family of brands and businesses. Making it possible for customers around the world to express themselves through fashion and design in a sustainable way. A  fashion and design company, with more than 4,000 stores in more than 75 markets and online sales in 60 markets

Challenges :

  Rapid Growth: The client was expecting rapid growth in its business expansion plan for stores in India. The talents, apart from the corporate function, required were in the areas like Sales Advisors, Store Level Leadership, Risk Management and Operations.

  Availability of talents: Due to limited availability of talents which meets the expectation of client’s culture and expertise, it was difficult to create the talent pool of such candidates for various roles, within a tight timeframe. The overall headcount to be placed was around 90 which were to be hired within 4 months.

  Cultural difference due to different regions and markets.
