Reporting into the Manager, Strategy Portfolio Mgmt. & Governance, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage metrics collection share point and support implementation of changes and updates.
- Develop and manage the teams Power BI workspace and reports.
- Develop PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.
- Work with the Clarity SPM admin team to develop reports and dashboards for the technology teams.
- Work with technology team stakeholders and data contributors to understand requirements and implementing changes to share point, dashboards and reports.
- Apply knowledge and experience of SharePoint features and power BI to enhance overall reporting capabilities.
- Maintain good working relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support, advice, and consultancy to various teams within a matrix setting.
What You Will Bring
Good understanding and experience in working in Agile model.
Good knowledge and over 5 to 7ssss years of hands-on experience in developing collaboration tools for Office 365 like SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Deep hands-on experience in both SharePoint Online and on-premises versions, including 2013, 2016, and 2019.
Skilled in utilizing SharePoint out-of-the-box features, web parts, and creating workflows.
Capable of designing scalable and maintainable SharePoint solutions with a focus on performance and security.
Expertise in Power BI reporting.
Strong capability in PowerShell scripting for administration and automation tasks.
Experienced in understanding and applying coding best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in drafting clear and detailed documentation such as technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
