Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Schedule interviews through ensure smooth communication.
Collaborate with HR team to resolve candidate queries and provide timely updates on application status.
Ensure accurate data entry into the system for seamless tracking of recruitment progress.
Desired candidate profile:
1-2 years of experience in recruitment operations or a related field.
Proficiency in interview coordination, scheduling tools like ATS.
Strong understanding of HR coordination principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
