Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design vision across exhibitions, retail spaces, and museum projects.
- Oversee and guide a team of designers, 3D visualizers, and concept developers.
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts aligned with brand and project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, business development, and production teams to ensure design integrity throughout execution.
- Review and approve final presentations, ensuring quality, innovation, and consistency.
- Keep up with industry trends and integrate new ideas and technologies into design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or related creative discipline.
- 15 -20 years of professional experience in spatial design with a strong portfolio in exhibitions, retail, and/or museums.
- Proven leadership experience in a creative team or design studio environment.
- Exceptional conceptual and visualization abilities.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving and growth mindset.
