Business Development & Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Exhibitions, Retail, and Museum verticals.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, project management) to create customized offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with design and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates, quality checks, and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in business development and/or client servicing, preferably in exhibitions, events, or design & build industries.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Understanding of exhibition booth design and fabrication processes is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
