Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Exhibitions, Retail, and Museum verticals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, project management) to create customized offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with design and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates, quality checks, and prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in business development and/or client servicing, preferably in exhibitions, events, or design & build industries.
- Proven track record in managing B2B clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- Understanding of exhibition booth design and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
