With 20+ years of multi-industry HR experience, versed in managing Talent, and needs of complex & matrix distribution setups in BFSI, Telecom, Consumer Durable, ITES and Media Industry. Also experienced in setting up HRBP Organization, Manish has managed multi-location hiring needs and was instrumental in introducing strength-based recruiting practices leading to significantly lower new hire failures in sales & business development functions. Experience in building & developing a strategic relationship with both clients & candidates.

Throughout his career, Manish has built and developed strategic relationships with both clients and candidates, managed regional teams, worked closely with stakeholders, and specialized in hiring for niche and complex roles. His experience in workforce management and recruitment has played a key role in shaping Globner’s approach to hiring.

Aditya Bansal | Executive Director

As a qualified professional with 25 plus years of work experience across HR & finance domains, Aditya has been associated with global conglomerates like British Telecom, Quest Diagnostics, Airtel, TATA Communications, and Spectranet. He has headed his functions at the global level. Aditya is currently a passionate recruiter and currently heading the operations for Globner Consulting. He has been instrumental in expanding the operations, beyond international boundaries, and providing quality resources in India, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA.

Avanti Challa | Recruitment Manager

Avanti has been associated as a Recruitment Manager at Globner Consulting for 2.5 years. With over ten years of experience in the recruitment field, she has developed a keen eye for identifying and matching the best candidates with the right opportunities. She has been applying her HR and market research skills to source, attract, and retain top talent for various clients and projects. 

 She has built strong partnerships with hiring managers and provided guidance throughout the recruitment process. She has also developed creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and build a talent pipeline.
